Protrusion by ejector block
Introducing the benefits of the ejector block and the jointing methods!
This column introduces the use of ejector blocks for ejection. Injection molding molds have an ejection mechanism to remove the product from the mold once the molding is complete, typically using pins for ejection. However, in cases where the molded product is large, thin-walled, or has a shape with significant release resistance, ejection marks may remain on the product. Therefore, in these cases, it is common to use a block shape that has been machined to match part of the product shape instead of standard pins for ejection. *For more details on the column, please refer to the related links.
